1. Who provides the services

The services are provided by ИП «imperial-ritual.kz», IIN 860306300854, Kazakhstan. Hereinafter – the “Provider”. The person paying for a service is hereinafter the “Customer”.

2. What the services include

The Provider offers the following services:

• Family coat of arms – design of a coat of arms based on the details the Customer entered in the app. Result: three versions of the image in digital form.
• Book about a person – compilation of a book about one person from the details, photographs and stories the Customer entered in the app. Result: a book in digital form.
• Family film – a video about a person assembled from photographs, with narration and music. Result: a video file.
• Funeral agent subscription – access to funeral service requests in the app for 30 calendar days.
• Other services by invoice – services whose scope and price the parties agree separately.

The scope of each service is described on its page in the app or on the website and forms part of this agreement.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown on the service page and on the payment page. Prices are in tenge (KZT) and include all taxes.

Payment is made by bank card on the secure page of the payment provider. The Provider neither receives nor stores the Customer’s card details.

The agreement is concluded when the payment is received. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are paid under the rules of the respective store; this offer does not apply to them.

4. When it will be ready

The family coat of arms, the book about a person and the family film are produced automatically. The result is ready right after payment – provided the Customer has already entered into the app the details, photographs and stories it is assembled from. The time therefore depends on how quickly the Customer provides them.

• Agent subscription – access opens immediately after payment.
• Services by invoice – within the period stated in the invoice.

If, due to a technical failure on the Provider side, the result is not received within 3 business days from the moment all required details have been provided, the Customer may claim a full refund.

5. Refunds

The Customer may cancel a service and request a refund by writing to support@iritual.kz from the address given at payment or quoting the order number.

• The purchase has not been used – no coat of arms generated, no book assembled, no film made: the full amount is refunded.
• The purchase has been used – no refund is made, unless the result does not match the description of the service.
• Agent subscription – access opens immediately after payment, so no refund is made. The exception is when access did not work through the Provider’s fault.

Refunds are made to the same card used for payment, within 10 business days from receipt of the request.

6. Rights to the result

Materials uploaded by the Customer (photographs, texts, recordings) remain theirs. The Customer confirms they are entitled to use them and to pass them to the Provider.

The Customer may use the result for personal purposes without restriction: print it, give it as a gift, publish it wherever they see fit.

7. Liability

The Provider is not responsible for the accuracy of information about people and events supplied by the Customer, nor for the consequences of its distribution.

The Provider is not responsible for interruptions in the internet, payment systems or app stores.

8. Personal data

By paying for a service the Customer consents to the processing of their personal data under the privacy policy.

9. Disputes

The parties settle disputes through negotiation. A claim is sent to support@iritual.kz and is considered within 10 business days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is settled under the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

10. Changes and language of the agreement

The Provider may amend this offer. A new version applies from the moment it is published on this page. Services already paid for are governed by the version in force on the day of payment.

The offer is published in three languages. In case of any discrepancy between versions, the Russian version prevails.
